Pricing questions
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Eligible subscribers may get a 7-day free trial when they start a monthly or yearly plan; the App Store confirms eligibility before you pay. The free plan itself has no time limit.
How do I pay?
Through the Mac App Store, with the Apple Account you already use. ClipBuddy never sees your payment details and there is no ClipBuddy account.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time: on your Mac open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings and Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What does Lifetime include?
Every Pro feature, unlocked for good with one payment. If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is running, cancel the subscription in the App Store so it does not renew.
Can I use Pro on more than one Mac?
Yes. Install ClipBuddy on any Mac signed in to the same Apple Account and choose Restore Purchases in Settings, Account, or on the upgrade screen.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why do prices differ by country?
Apple sets local prices for each storefront. This page shows the price for your region when it can tell; the App Store always shows the final price before you buy.
